Delivery
We currently offer delivery to UK and Europe addresses. All our smaller deliveries are sent 1st Class and tracked which will require a signature. Machine deliveries were needed are sent on a pallet to reduce possible damage Any special deliveries would incur a addition cost. We endeavour to delivery our products as quickly as possible by using Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Ipost or Pallet Line, How ever, in some cases where an item may be delayed from our suppliers, we will contact you to let you know and advise you with a new expected delivery date.
You should allow for a longer delivery time during understandably busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank holidays.
Prices
We have a minimum carriage charge of £19.95 Orders below £50 will incur a £10 Small Order Surcharge. All prices quoted by us are only valid for 28 days from the date of quotation.
Part Orders
We try not to send part orders, if for any reason and items is on back order from our suppliers we will hold the order until complete, but will will notify you this has happened.
Returns
Any item returned due to cancellation of order will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Limitation of Liability The total liability of Jani-Clean for any claim, how so ever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.
VAT Carriage and packing charge is classed as a service and as such is subject to VAT.
